SAFETY & RULES OF PLAY

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult/guardian for the duration of their session at Happy dayz.

Children with an obvious injury or those showing signs of illness will not be permitted to use the play equipment.

Children must wear long sleeves on the play frame and we recommend that they also wear full length trousers.

No shoes can be worn on the equipment, by either children or adults; socks must be worn at all times.

Height & age restrictions vary dependent on the play zone and must be adhered to, in order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all children.

Jewellery, belts, watches & other items with sharp edges should not be worn when playing on equipment.

Food (including crisps, sweets, chewing gum) and drinks are not allowed on the play equipment.

IN ADDITION…

Happy Dayz staff supervise the play equipment and help maximise your child’s enjoyment from the play experience, they are not however a replacement for parental supervision.

NO PICNICS ALLOWED – We have a full café offering and as such we are unable to allow any outside food to be consumed.  Our staff will either confiscate outside food or ask for it to be put away.  In extreme cases a customer may be asked to leave.

Happy Dayz management reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any persons to leave the premises, with or without giving a reason.

We would ask our customers to report any accidents, no matter how minor, to our staff before leaving the play centre. These will be logged and are an important part of ongoing safety checks.

Thank you for visiting Happy Dayz website. We are delighted to be opening our doors from Wednesday 26th May 2021. We intend to still follow a strict cleaning regieme along with a tight restriction on numbers. It is important that we know how many adullts and children are in the building at any one time. To be able to do this, we had to make some changes. We have introduced a 2 hour slot booking system, and require you to book your slot via our website, prior to arrival. We can not guarantee entry on arrival if you havent booked.

Also, to ensure our numbers do not increase too high, we ask if you are booking a party, to know the number of adults / children attending. We ask you to book those that you are sure of attending and there will be flexibility of 5 spaces either side for those you wish to add on, or for those that cannot attend on the day.

Feel free to go ahead and book a play session, a party, a private hire or an outdoor Tepee Party from 26th May 2021 onwards.

We cant wait it see you soon.
